- Start Small: Build momentum with short, simple sessions you know you can complete every day. Just 10 minutes a day lets you build a training streak in the app. You can even do it in your Living Room!
- Anchor Your Routine: Connect training to something you already do daily, like after brushing your teeth or before dinner, so it becomes automatic.
- Track and Celebrate: Record your progress in the Techne app and use the socks as a physical reminder of your achievement. Each color is a mini victory.
- Embrace the Plateau: Progress often feels slow. Instead of pushing for perfection, commit to showing up. Over time, those sessions compound into mastery.
- Find Accountability: Share your goals with teammates or family, or challenge friends to join you on a custom leaderboard in the Team app. Support builds resilience.
